Quality Equipment
In Return to Morroc, EVERY equipment has what is called "Innate Bonus", these are bonuses that you will always find on these items, regardless of other stats. The value in these items don't always mean an item is better or worse, but it's a good way to know what to expect from them.
The innate bonus of any equipment can be found on the first block of their description window.
Some special items might break the average innate of its type according to its theme.
Accessories and headgears have no innate bonuses, but they may have random options.
Weapons
You can check which weapon each job can use by checking their fixed passive in each skill tree. Or their respective wiki page.
- Note: Katars in Return to Morroc have 1.5x bonus critical rate, for balancing reasons.
