Total control of the field

The Blast Juggler is a master of bombs and traps that can prepare the perfect ambush to enemies.

Due to their large amount of resources, they can win a fight before it even starts, by correctly preparing how to handle the enemies around.

Best: Great control, versatility, multiple special damage sources.

Worst: Resource intensive, large weight management, difficult stat spread.

Weapons: Swords, daggers and axes.



Gameplay Identity

The Blast Juggler can setup and prepare for any fight under the right terrain, ensuring enemies have a difficult time even before the fight starts, which:

Makes them masters of controlling the flow of battle, managing the movement and positioning of both the party and enemies.

The Blast Juggler's main feature is access to a multitude of Gadgets. These gadgets provide multiple ways for the player to interact with the enemies and their environment. The traps can be laid in a way that either protects the party or create a safe path to lure enemies to deal damage, or setup behind the party in order to create a safe escape route or avoid ambushes by causing status effects.

With the multiple status effects caused by the traps, along with their fixed damage, a good Blast Juggler can take full advantage of it to deal heavy damage with the Bomb skills, dealing bonus damage against enemies under specific effects. Rogue's Gadget Mastery is essential to setup traps from a safe range.

This doesn't mean the traps can't be used to handle monsters. Due to their special damage properties, they are reliable and predictable on their power, and Cluster Bomb is a specific trap for dealing heavy damage to enemies.

Blast juggler can also support their party members with equipment protection, cooking +10 stat food (which can't be traded, only thrown) and with improved potion healing effects.



Core Gameplay Loop

The Blast Juggler's kit is complex and requires precise gameplay and balance of resources to use:

  • Rolling Flames and Crazy Weed are peculiar skills that require no resources, fitting any damage build.
  • Cold Trap can be used along with Saboteur's Hot Trap to boost bombs power.
  • Cluster Bomb can deal high damage against multiple enemies at once.
  • Detonator can improve traps explosion range slightly, providing more lenience to trap explosion range and enemy paths.
  • Final Skill: Acid Demonstration. After a long cast, deals heavy damage based on enemy defenses. Has a high cooldown and resource cost.

A well stocked, well prepared Blast Juggler can keep itself and party members safe, while making enemies life very difficult.
